We start with a discussion to acquire basic information and get an overview of the project vision. After determining that our services are a good fit we will then review any plans, designs or additional concepts you can provide. Depending on what stage of plan development the project is in, Ironvine will provide you with a check list of relevant developmental tasks, a general range of cost and a Pre-construction Service Agreement  (PSA). The PSA is a paid planning phase to collaboratively develop the full scope and projected cost of your project while establishing an effective partnership from the beginning. This does not obligate you to enter into a construction agreement with Ironvine and you own the results of the work performed.

After the PSA is signed, we begin to work through our pre-construction process. This encompasses developing the project scope in collaboration with you and other design professionals. We will create specifications and material selections, produce a realistic project schedule with each phase of work illuminated and compile pricing from proven sub contractors and vendors. Our team will provide value engineering, trouble shoot feasibility issues and work with you to generate a comprehensive estimate. This critical pre-construction work will help ensure the completion of a high-quality project at a pre-agreed price.

After signing off on the design and production plan, we will have all the information necessary to provide comprehensive pricing for your project. You will have met your project manager and be aware of who will be handling each aspect of the project and when. Our team will present you with a Construction Agreement for mutual signatures, where we will thoroughly go over and explain every detail to ensure process transparency throughout your project.

After all our thoughtful, diligent planning, we'll begin construction. During the construction phase, we will manage all aspects of the project, including ordering materials, scheduling, oversight, and coordination. Simultaneously, we will create a personal online client portal for you to access which will provide a central hub for all information and communication related to the project. This includes regular progress photos and video, job schedules, material selections, construction plans and documents, contracts and any change orders should they arise.
